The detailed guidelines of Poster Presentation are as follows:

• Selected posters have been given a number. The organizing committee has shared information about the date, time, and venue of the poster presentation.
• The poster will be a physical poster with maximum poster size: 36 inches (Width) x 48 inches (Height).
• Presenters are requested to refer to the attached template for poster preparation and printing.

1. Text on Poster

• The poster should contain a unique abstract track ID.
• Name and affiliation of all authors (Presenting author must be underlined).
• The poster should contain the abstract in a structured format (Introduction, Aim & Objective, Methods, Results, Discussion/Conclusion, Acknowledgement) as mentioned on our website.
• The poster should be readable from a distance of 2-3 meters.
• Please paste your abstract on the designated poster board (according to the poster board number given to you) 15 minutes before the designated time slot.
• Use of high-resolution images is strongly recommended.

• Paper, Canvas, or Flex

3. Graphs and Diagrams

• Graphs and figures should be readable from a distance of 2-3 meters.

4. Poster Session

• Date and time slots of the poster presentation have already been communicated.
• All poster authors are kindly requested to be present at their poster during the entire poster walk session. The evaluation rounds are from 11 am to 1 pm for the morning slot and from 3 pm to 5 pm for the evening slot.
• The presenter must wear an official conference badge while presenting the poster.
